Spicy bun with raisins

Ingredients for 10-11 rolls:

— 100 ml of warm milk
— 100 ml of warm kefir
— 1 egg
— 3 items of l. Sahara
— 1 packet of vanilla sugar
— 0.5 tsp. salt
— 35 g of butter
— 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
— 1 tsp. full dry yeast
— 2.5-3 cups of flour
— 0.5 cup raisins
— ground: cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg — to taste


1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, while standing aside.

2. Raisins pour hot water for 5 minutes, then drain the water, dry the raisins on a napkin, mix with a pinch of flour.

3. Melt the butter, pour into a bowl, add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil and egg, stir well.

4. In milk with yeast, add kefir and a little sifted flour, mix, pour in a mixture of butter, eggs and sugar, add spices and portions of sifted flour, add raisins at the end of the batch, knead soft dough, mold it into a bowl, grease with vegetable oil, shift in a bowl, cover and let it come 1 hour.

5. Cover the pan with oiled parchment. Dough to mash, divide into 10-11 pieces, to form any buns, you can knots or just round.

6. Put the buns on a baking sheet, cover with a film and let stand for 15 minutes. Heat the oven for 180-200 gr. Buns grease the egg, you can sprinkle with sugar or poppy.

7. Bake until golden brown. Buns are obtained — wonderful, fluffy and remain soft even the next day.
