Spicy chicken legs with tomatoes


● 2 kg of chicken legs
● 1 large red onion
● 6 tomatoes
● 2 cloves of garlic
● 1/4 cup chicken broth
● 1 large sprig of rosemary
● 2 to 3 sprigs of thyme
● a bunch of parsley
● 3 tablespoons lemon juice
● 2 tablespoons of olive oil
● seasoning «lemon pepper»
● salt


1) Wash chicken legs and dry

2) Cut tomatoes into 4 parts, chop the onions roughly, chop the garlic into strips

3) Chicken legs to salt and pepper

4) Rosemary break into 4 -5 pieces

5) Lubricate with a droplet oil baking mold, put the legs in it

6) Sprinkle with lemon pepper and scatter in random order garlic cloves, tomatoes and onions

7) Spread the sprigs of rosemary

8) Clear the branches of thyme from the leaves and sprinkle with leaves chicken with tomatoes and onions

9) Sprinkle with chopped parsley, top with a broth and lemon juice

10) Put into a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees

11) Then allow to rest in the oven for 5 minutes and serve
