Spring salad

Ingredients for 6-8 servings:

— Tomato 2-3 pcs.
— Chicken breast 500gr.
— Cheese of hard varieties 150 gr.
— Red beans — one pot.
— Green salad.
— Crackers.
— For refueling, you can take light mayonnaise or sour cream.

Preparation:

1. Tomato, lettuce cut into small pieces. Cheese three on a grater.

2. Chicken breast is cut into small pieces and stewed on low heat for about 20 minutes until all the liquid boils off, you can lightly fry.

3. Mix all the sliced and ready-made ingredients, season with mayonnaise (sour cream). We serve lettuce, sprinkled with croutons.
