Stuffed meat cabbage rolls

Ingredients for cabbage rolls

1 fork of cabbage
800 grams of minced meat (better assorted)
1 cup of rice cooked to half-cooked
1 — 2 onions
1 — 2 carrots
1 egg
salt
pepper
Spices at will

100 g of sour cream
100 g of tomato sauce
salt

Preparation of meat cabbage rolls:

With cabbage gently shoot the leaves, if poorly removed, then you can pre-freeze, and when it thaws, the leaves will be removed easily. If the cabbage is not frozen, then the leaves should be boiled for several minutes.
Then, from each leaf, cut a thick part.

Cut onions, carrots rub on a large or medium grater and save vegetables in a small amount of vegetable oil.

Minced meat mixed with rice, eggs and vegetables, salt and pepper, you can add spices.

For each sheet put on a spoonful of ground meat.

Tightly wrap.

Then wrap the edges in the middle.

Fry from two sides. It is not necessary to do this, but it is more delicious with roast.

Prepare the fill. Mix sour cream with tomato sauce, salt, you can add basil, paprika, etc. If desired, add 1.5 cups of water.

Pour over the stuffed cabbage, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.

If the fill is too small or it boils out quickly, you can pour water.
Finished cabbage rolls put on a plate and sprinkled with chopped herbs.
Serve with gravy or sour cream.
