Stuffed mushrooms


Champignons — 16 pcs.
Potatoes — 3 pcs.
Cheese — 150 g
Mayonnaise — 3 items of l.
Garlic — 3 cloves
Greenery — to taste
Salt — to taste
Pepper — to taste


1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Boil the potatoes.

3. Wipe the boiled potatoes on a small grater. Grate the cheese. Garlic let through the press. Finely chop the greens.

4. Mix potatoes, greens, garlic and cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add Mayo.

5. Remove mushrooms neatly, leaving only the hats.

6. Fill the mushroom hats with the prepared stuffing.

7. Send the oven to a 200-degree oven for 15 minutes.
