Stuffed potatoes

Ingredients:

— 1 kg of potatoes,
— 200 g minced meat,
— 1 onion,
— 300 grams of frozen vegetables (broccoli, green beans, leeks, mushrooms)
— 100-150 grams of chicken meat,
— 100 g of cheese,
— Mayonnaise.

Preparation:

1. Friable large potatoes to clean, split in half and take out the knife core and spread out into a round shape on the sides.

2. Mix the onion with finely chopped ground meat, add salt, pepper, a spoonful of mayonnaise and a spoonful of oil.

3. From minced meat, stick small balls and cover the potatoes.

4. Frozen vegetables to combine with potatoes removed from the middle of the potato, add 2 spoons of mayonnaise, 1 spoon of oil, salt and pepper and put in the middle of the mold.

You can add some meat to the sides of the mold.
Bake 50 minutes for 180 gr. Remove, sprinkle with cheese and cook for another 10 minutes in the oven.
