Stuffed zucchini


● Courgettes average — 2 pcs .;
● Stuffed chicken — 250 g;
● Minced beef — 250 gr;
● Egg — 1 piece;
● Chicken — 1 piece;
● Fresh dill — 30 gr;
● Cheese hard — 200 gr;
● Salt, pepper to taste;


1.We will prepare zucchini. Clean the skin. Cut the edges. Then cut them with rings about 3 cm thick. Cut out the core. In salted water, according to your taste, we will send them to cook (after boiling for about 5-7 minutes).

2. While the vegetable is brewed we prepare the filling. We mix our stuffing, add the egg, greens, salt and pepper. Grate cheese on medium grated cheese.

4. Squash we remove from the fire, drain the water, throw it back in a colander, let it drain off.

5. Lubricate the baking tray with oil, lay the rings zucchini and stuff it with minced meat, do not regret it, stuff it tight!

6. Sprinkle with the same cheese.

7. And into the oven at 200 degrees, until golden brown.
