Sturdy pilaf with beef


Beef — 400 g
Onions — 2 pcs.
Carrots — 2 pcs.
Rice — 1.5 cups
Vegetable oil — to taste
Salt, pepper to taste — to taste


1. Cut the onion into medium sized pieces.

2. Cut the carrots into medium-sized straws (this is more delicious).

3. Pour the vegetable oil into the frying pan. Heat. Put the carrots and onions.

4. Cut a piece of beef into medium sized pieces.

5. Put the pieces of beef over the onions and carrots into the pan. Stew on medium heat for 20-25 minutes.

6. After that, pour the boiled water into the frying pan based on 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Salt, pepper, add spices to taste.

7. When the water boils, put in the pan rice. On high heat, half the water should boil.

8. When half the liquid is boiled, cover the pan with a lid and put on a slow fire until ready (about 15-20 minutes).
