Mix the dough gradually adding flour. 4. You can immediately pour 250 grams, and then slowly the rest of the flour. As soon as the dough begins to lag behind the hand, stop adding flour (even if the flour remains). 5. The dough can be kneaded and a mixer. . 6.We heat the oven. From the dough shape the ball, cover with a towel. Turn off the oven and put the dough into it. There, in a cooling oven, the dough will be 20-30 minutes.
