1. Boil potatoes and carrots until cooked.
2. Boil the beets until cooked.
3. Then cool the vegetables, clean them.
4. Onion finely chopped. If you use a bitter onion, it should be poured with boiling water and left for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, rinse the onions in cold water.
5. Cut the herring fillets into small pieces. If you take whole herring, then it must be freed from bones, finely chopped fillets.
6. Grate the beetroot on a small grater.
7. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
8. Grate the potatoes on a fine grater.
9. Peel the apple and rub it on a medium grater.
10. At the bottom of a flat dish lay the potatoes, smoothen, grease with mayonnaise.
11. Put the herring on the potatoes and grease with mayonnaise.
12. Put the onion on the herring.
13. Put onion on carrots, grease with mayonnaise.
14. Put the apple on the carrots, grease with mayonnaise.
15. Top with beets, smooth.

● Carrots — 2 pcs.

● Onions — 1 pc.
● Herring fillets — 4 pcs.
● Egg — 1 piece.
● Mayonnaise — 200 g
● Gelatin — 1 sachet
● Water — 0.5 cups

1. Boil the egg, potatoes, beets, and carrots (beets separately cooked).
2. Cut the vegetables finely into cubes; Grate the egg on grater.
3. Finely chop the onion and lower for 1 minute in boiling water. Drain the water; Onion rinse with cold water and dry with paper towels.
4. Cut the herring into small pieces and mix with onions.
5. Pour water into a small saucepan and add gelatin. Leave to swell for 1 minute, then heat, stirring, until gelatin is dissolved. Cool and mix with mayonnaise, adding spices to taste — salt pepper, sugar, vinegar, dill …
6. Each ingredient — potatoes, carrots, beets, herring with onions — mixed separately with mayonnaise, leaving a little mayonnaise for decoration, and layered in layers.

Given that the appetizer will be placed on the dish in an inverted form, the layers should be stacked in this order: potatoes, beets, herring with onions, carrots, potatoes.
7. Leave the remaining mayonnaise in a small bag, cut off the corner of the bag and pour mayonnaise on the salad.
8. Decorate with a rubbed egg and greens.
9. Put in the refrigerator for freezing and the herring under the fur coat is ready !.
