Stuffing of turkey or chicken (I cook from turkey) — 800 grams;
Semolina — 4 tablespoons;
Sour cream — 2 tablespoons;
Egg — 1 piece;
Parsley, dill — 3-4 years old;
Sugar sand — 2 teaspoons;
Mustard — 2 teaspoons;
Salt, spices — to taste.

1. Forage, mango, sour cream, egg, mustard, sugar, salt and spices are put in one bowl. Fine-finely cut the greens, add it there and mix thoroughly.
2. The mincemeat as a result turns out liquid, such, that it is good to take a spoon, instead of hands.
3. On the frying pan heated with vegetable oil, spread out with a spoon of the cutlet and fry them on each side for 2-3 minutes — so that a golden crust appears, but not fried.

4. After that, add a little water to the pan, close it with a lid and leave it on a small fire for 10 minutes: five on each side.
Everything, cutlets are ready. We remove them from the plate, put them on a plate and weave them on both cheeks.
