The recipe for a delicate salad

For 8-10 servings we will need:

— Chicken fillet boiled — 500 g
— Boiled eggs — 4 pieces
— Kiwi — 2-3 pieces
— Apple — 1-2 pieces
— Boiled carrots — 1-2 pieces
— Mayonnaise — 250 g
— Garlic — 1-2 cloves.
— Salt, pepper to taste …


In mayonnaise squeeze garlic through a garlic extractor and stir well.

In the center of a large dish put a glass or jar. I used a jar of green peas … Around it lay the layers of prepared ingredients:

1 layer: boiled chopped chicken fillet. Salt, pepper to taste

2 layer: kiwi, diced. A layer of mayonnaise with garlic.

3 layer: egg whites rubbed on a coarse grater. Lubricated with mayonnaise.

4 layer: Boiled carrots on a coarse grater. A thin layer of mayonnaise.

5 layer: Apple rubbed on a large grater (you can pour lemon juice so it does not darken)
Top and sides of the salad is coated with mayonnaise.

Yolks of eggs grate on a fine grater and sprinkle over the salad.
Leave the salad to soak in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Then gently take out the jar, and decorate the top of the salad with kiwi slices
