The recipe for juicy and tasty chicken cutlets


— 600 g of chicken ground meat
— 1 onion
— 1 egg
— 40 grams of hard cheese
— a bunch of parsley
— 50 g of vegetable oil
— salt, pepper to taste


The bulb should be cleaned and crushed (preferably with a blender or grated) and add to the stuffing with the egg.

Cut the greens finely, grate the cheese. Mince salt, pepper (about 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper), add crushed herbs and grated cheese. Stir well.

Blind small patties (tablespoon of ground meat for one piece) and fry them over medium heat in a small amount of butter.

You should get a ruddy brown on both sides.
