Thin potato pancakes

Ingredients:

— 5 small potatoes
— 250-300 milk
— 250-300 flour
— 3-4 zb of garlic
— 3 eggs
— 1 tbsp (without a slide) of sugar
— 3 + 2 liters of oil to grow
— salt
— parsley and green onions-optional

Preparation:

Peel and cut into 4 pieces of potatoes, pour water (so that only only covered the potatoes), salt and boil until cooked. Allow to cool slightly and into the blender, together with the water, which was cooked, until the mushy state

Add to the potato mixture peeled and missed garlic, eggs, flour, milk (bring to a boil), 3 tablespoons of oil and salt (where 1 hr pancakes should not be fresh).) Mix thoroughly and give the test minutes 20 to rest (if there is time, you can and more)

Fry on a hot frying pan, adding a small amount of oil, medium diameter thin pancakes (not for the whole frying pan-it will be difficult to turn)
These pancakes must be roasted-otherwise hard to turn, tear. They are very gentle! Love them all! Both old and young. If desired, you can sprinkle one side with chopped herbs.
