Ingredients:

For sand cakes:

300 g of margarine for baking (from a refrigerator)
3 yolks
3 cups of flour (480 g) — sift
1 tsp. Baking powder
100-150 g of walnuts

For merengovoy layer:

● 3 egg whites
● 1 glass of powdered sugar
● 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice

For the cream:

● 1 can (380 g) of boiled condensed milk
● 300 g of butter
● 10 grams of vanilla sugar

Cake Decor:
● fried cashew nuts
● 50-100 g of dark chocolate
● 50-100 g of white chocolate

On request to nuts
● 1 tbsp. Spoon of protein
● 1 tbsp. A spoonful of honey
● 3 tbsp. Spoons of sugar
● 1/2 tsp. Salt

Cooking Torta Beautiful Marquise:

Sand cakes:

Mix flour with baking powder, grind with margarine, add yolks and knead dough. Divide it into 3 parts and refrigerate for 3 hours. 15-20 minutes before baking, remove the dough from the refrigerator.

On three papers for baking draw circles (I have a diameter of 22 cm). Dough distribute the hands on the circumference. All the cakes evenly sprinkled with chopped walnuts (kol-in optional, I have 40 grams each).
Lightly press them into the dough.

Meringue interlayer: Whip the whites with sugar powder and lemon juice in a hard foam. On one cake lay out the third part of the whipped whites. The remaining proteins are put into the refrigerator and spread on the remaining cakes just before baking.

Bake at this rate 3 cakes at t-170 ° C, the top of the cake should be slightly ruddy (I was baked 25 minutes each). Remove the baked cake from the oven and leave until completely cooled (the hot cakes are very fragile) and only then free from paper.

Cream:
Beat condensed milk with butter and vanilla sugar.

Cake assembly:
Perelosit cakes cream, cover the surface and sides, and then decorate as desired.

Cake Decor: Chocolate to break into pieces, put together in plastic bags, and pour them with boiling water (see that water does not get into the bags).
When the chocolate melts, cut off a small corner of the bag and squeeze the chocolate onto the cake in a chaotic order from the top down, firstly dark chocolate, then white.

Nuts can simply be fried and put in the middle of the surface of the cake, but you can significantly improve their taste, for this:
Mix 1 tbsp. L. Protein, 1 tbsp. L. Honey, 3 tbsp. L. Sugar and 1/2 tsp. Salt, roll nuts in this mixture, spread out on a baking sheet and bake at a temperature of 170 degrees 10-15 minutes.
