Tortillas with potatoes and cheese


100 grams of grated cheese,
700-800 g of potatoes,
A bunch of greenery,

For the test:
2 eggs,
A glass of yogurt.


We set to boil the peeled potatoes to cook the crumpled potatoes for the filling.
Fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown, put it in potatoes. Add greens and grated cheese, greens to taste and mix everything thoroughly. The filling is ready.
Mix the fresh dough from flour, 2 eggs and a cup of yogurt. Add salt to taste.

We knead the dough, cut it into circles, roll every circle with a rolling pin.
We put stuffing, we make a patty, we will protect the edges, and then squeeze the patty on both sides so that a flat cake is made.

Ready cakes are fried in a pan on both sides until a crispy crust is formed.
