Dough for 10 pcs:
1 b. (200 g) sour cream (24%), 1 large egg, 1 baking powder, 1 tsp. Sugar, ¼ tsp. Salt, almost 400 g of flour

Mix all ingredients except flour.
Then gradually pour the flour, knead the soft dough.
Take it off on the table top 30 times and leave to rest on the table for 30 minutes, covering it with a cup.

Filling:

250 g raw minced meat, 2 onions (the size of a large egg), 2 raw potatoes (the size of a large egg) — finely chopped, 1 tsp. Salt, pepper to taste

Roll out the cakes, put stuffing, form triangles and leave a hole in the middle.
Lubricated with a mixture: 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp. L. Cream.

Bake at t-175 ° C until golden brown.
