● Salt — to taste
● Vegetable oil — to taste
● Garlic — 1-2 cloves
● Turkey breast — 300-350 g
● Paprika is sweet — to taste


1. Soak the prepared breast in salt water for 2 hours, but pay attention to the water: it should be as salty as possible, but not bitter!

2. Mix sweet paprika, salt to taste, pepper, add a couple drops of vegetable oil to the state of gruel.

3. After 2 hours, take out the meat, wipe it and stuff it with garlic, then cover it with a prepared mixture and place it in a cup for baking on foil — thanks to the foil the dish and after baking can keep its flavor.

4. Preheat the oven to a maximum temperature of 250 ° C and bake the dish for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the oven switches off, but the turkey stays in the oven for another 2 hours. Remember, the oven can not be opened.
