Vegetable salad with shrimps

How to prepare a salad with shrimps?

Ingredients:

Cucumbers — 2 pcs.
Cherry tomatoes — 5 pcs.
Carrots — 1 pc.
Shrimps (peeled, boiled) — 200 g
Butter — 20 g
Cheese hard — 20 g
Wine white (dry) — 2-3 tbsp. l.
Bread white — 2 pieces
Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice — 1 tbsp. l.
Salad leaves — 1 beam
Dill — 1/2 beam
Salt to taste
Pepper (black, ground) to taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Rinse salad leaves with cold water, cut or pick them up. Put on the plates.

3. Cut cucumbers into thin strips.

4. Add the salted cherry tomatoes into the salad.

5. Add chopped carrots.

6. Cheese thinly cut and add to the salad.

7. Bread dry in the toaster, remove the crusts and cut in the middle cube. Add the croutons to the salad.

8. Shrimp a little with the addition of butter, pour in the white wine and put it out for 1 minute.

9. Add prawns and finely chopped dill greens to the salad. Add salt, freshly ground black pepper, sesame and season with vegetable oil and lemon juice.

If desired, you can prepare a dressing for salad and mayonnaise basis.
