Violet Salad


300gr. Smoked ham — cut into strips.
200 gr. Prunes-straws (it is better to choose with sour, if the prunes are sweet, then reduce the portion)
400 gr. Fried with salt and champignon pepper,
300 gr. Fresh cucumber-straw,
200 gr. Korean carrots,

Preparation Violet Salad:

1. We lay all layers and cover with mayonnaise: ham, prunes, mushrooms, cucumber, carrots.
2. Violets are made from radish colored with blue cabbage juice,
3. Leaves are spinach, sides are covered with cookies salted
