Yogurt cake — light

Yogurt cake — light

Very airy, not cloying and light cake with yoghurt, which anyone can cook without extra effort.
Do everything as it is written, exactly according to the prescription, and you will have everything like mine. Believe not only your fingers, but you can swallow them, so be careful. This is a joke, with fingers!

For the 26 cm form, we need:

dough:

Egg 2 pieces
Sugar 100 gr
Kefir 100 ml
Flour 150 gr
Vanilla sugar 0,5 tsp
Baking powder 0,5 tsp
Vegetable oil 25 ml

souffle:

Yogurt drinking (I have a blueberry) 800 ml
Sugar 50 gr
Gelatin 20 gr
Milk 50 ml
Fresh blueberries 1 glass

Eggs beat up with sugar, add vanilla sugar, kefir, butter and once again shake well.
Sift flour and mix with a baking powder. Combine the two mixtures and mix with a spoon.
Pour the dough into a detachable shape and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes (readiness to check with a dry toothpick). Take the cake from the oven and leave it in shape until completely cooled.

Prepare the souffle: pour the gelatin with milk and leave to swell, then put on fire and warm until completely dissolved (do not boil!). Mix the yogurt with the sugar. Pour a thin trickle of warm gelatin into yogurt. Mix well.
Add berries and mix.

Pour the mixture onto the cooled cake.
Put the cake in the refrigerator until it is completely solidified. Get our cake and carefully remove the skirts.
Decorate can be at your request, I decorated with wafer tubules.

You can skip to the end and leave a response. Pinging is currently not allowed.
