Zrazy with cheese

Ingredients:

-Fish pork-beef 300 g
-Right of hard varieties 60 g
-Cream butter 1 tbsp. L.
Egg of chicken 2 pcs.
-Milk 120 ml
-Wheat wheat 80 g
-Salt to taste
-Black ground pepper to taste
-Bread white 1 piece
-Oil vegetable oil to taste

Preparation:

Forcemeat put in a bowl, add a piece of bread soaked in milk, salt and pepper to taste, and then mix until smooth.

Now we are preparing the filling. Boil and clean one egg, then three of it and cheese on a small grater, add soft butter, salt, pepper and carefully mix everything.

Stuffing and stuffing are ready, we proceed to molding shots. We take 1 tbsp. Minced meat, we form a cake, in the center of which we put 1 tsp. Fillings.

From the stuffing with stuffing we form a ball, and then slightly flatten it.

We cook the batter, for this we beat the egg, add 1/3 cup of milk, flour, salt, pepper and whisk again. Zrazy dip in batter and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Fried zrazy put on a baking sheet and put in the oven, heated to 200 g., For 15 minutes, thereby leading them to readiness.

We serve hot.
