Zucchini rolls at home


2 small zucchini (or zucchini)
Salt to taste
Cottage cheese spread (with taste of garlic and herbs) 100 g
1 tablespoon of olive oil


1. Cut the zucchini into thin strips. 2. Sprinkle them with olive oil and salt on both sides. Fry on a grill or on a frying pan on both sides (3-4 minutes each). 3. Remove and lay out on a paper towel to make the glass excess oil. Put a little cheese on one edge and twist the roll. 4. Repeat with the remaining strips and cheese. 5. Put on a toothpick or skewer. Place on a dish and put in the refrigerator.
